The Friends of the Constantine Surgery is a registered charity (charity number 293378) with the aim is to support Constantine surgery in any way possible.
The Friends raise funds to purchase additional equipment and make changes for the benefit of patients registered at Constantine surgery.
Friends of the Constantine Surgery have:
– Waiting Room Blood Pressure Monitor – to help improve surgery efficiency
– 4 Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitors – so patients can take readings at home
– £25,000 donation towards the remodelling of the surgery waiting room to improve disabled access and privacy for all patients
– Donations to help Constantine Carers Group and our beloved Constantine Car Service
If you are a registered patient at Constantine surgery, you are automatically a member of Friends of Constantine Surgery. We have meetings 3-4 times a year.
How do Friends of Constantine Surgery raise money?
-We are also very fortunate to have been remembered in the legacy of community members who wanted to help improve the practice that cared for them and their families.
