YOUR RIGHTS
Patients have the right to receive treatment regardless of gender, age, disability, race or income.
Patients have the right to be treated in a courteous and polite manner by all surgery staff.
Patients have the right to full confidentiality from the Doctors, Nurses, receptionists and administration staff.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Patients are responsible for making & keeping appointments, also cancelling appointments which cannot be kept.
Patients are expected to behave in an acceptable manner at all times while in, on or around the surgery premises.
Patients are expected to immediately inform the practice of any change in name, address & telephone number.
Clinical and administration staff have the right to be treated in a courteous and polite manner by all patients who visit or telephone the surgery
