Private Medical Examinations/Reports
The Doctors are happy to carry out private medicals and reports which are not covered by the NHS at Mullion Health Centre or Constantine Surgery. These medical examinations and/or reports can include Passports, Insurance Claims, Employment Medicals, for example HGV & Taxi Drivers, Private Sick Notes etc.
All of these medical examination/reports carry a fee which will require payment from you. Please ask the receptionist for the cost before booking an appointment or handing in a form for completion. Payment will be required either by cash or cheque with guarantee card on the day of the examination. If your employer is responsible for payment, it is up to you, not the Doctors, to obtain the amount due for payment from them.
